Shabang is a one-of-a-kind music festival that takes place annually in the beautiful city of San Luis Obispo. After a brief pause due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the festival returned in 2022 with even more excitement and energy.

As the merchandise designer for the event, I was tasked with creating a range of trendy merchandise items, including hoodies, long sleeves, and t-shirts. My goal was to encapsulate the essence of the central coast's vibrant music culture, which is defined by its connection to surfing, underground arts and music scenes, and iconic landmarks. Through my designs, I aimed to capture the spirit of Shabang and the unique character of the region.
